Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to provide high-quality merchandise and a smooth shopping experience. Because many items are custom-produced or limited-edition athlete drops, our refund and return policies follow the guidelines below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production and shipping times may vary depending on product type and availability.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom and limited-release merchandise, all sales are generally final.

We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged item

  • Manufacturing defect

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at elite@imelite.co within 7 days

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if production has not begun.
Once production or shipping begins, we cannot cancel the order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned for hygiene, customization, or production reasons:

  • Custom apparel

  • Hats and headwear

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards


6. Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, delivery issues must be handled by the carrier.
We will assist with claims as needed.
